GoBoiano, Inc. is a new anime social network based out of Atlanta, Georgia in North America. The company is in search of qualified individuals in hopes of shaping GoBoiano into the ideal anime network. We are in need of people skilled in certain areas of expertise to perform our task correctly. Those willing to participate in GoBoiano will start off as community staff members in the company, however as we continue to grow, we will look to turning some of our best staff members into interns or full-time paid employees in the company. All workers will have many benefits within the site that will grow overtime as our platform evolves.

Are you interested in leading a group of passionate journalist to the depths of hell? If not, then you’ve found the right place! At GoBoiano, we are searching for qualified people that can help manage and support our young, dedicated team of journalist bringing the latest and hottest news from around Asia to your local computer screens. Editor in Chief must be passionate about their positions and help our news department. You will be expected to work closely with our journalist as well as our users, engaging in effective communication skills to grasp the ultimate experience for everyone.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our team of journalist with a vision to deliver efficient, high quality news articles
- Deliver quality efficient news to our readers for our Weekly Editor’s Desk
- Define methods of success or failure amongst news content and the readers
- Contribute innovative concepts and ideas to improving the user experience
- Research and coordinate news information to our journalist
- Organize and prepare all weekly meetings

Qualifications:
- Experience in team management and task execution
- Ability to plan and execute market strategies to help grow our staff and reader fan base

Once you have selected your topics, you will write 3 articles based on the topics you selected. Begin to gather relevant information on the internet to create your articles. Your submissions must be well written and properly sourced. This includes proper grammar and punctuation usage. Remember to always put your personality into what you are writing. A boring article is never good for the reader. You have to capture the readers and make them interested in your topic. If they are already interested, then your goal is to make them even more interested. For that is the goal of a journalist on GoBoiano. Ensuring the best reading experience for our readers across the world.

Second Assessment
You will select 13 articles written by our staff which has received a mixture of high, medium, and low responses from our readers. During a 10am EST until 10pm EST timeline, organize the articles based on relevant content. Out of the 12 articles, you must select 3 articles to be featured at the top of our news section. The 3 featured articles will be what attracts attention to the news section so choose wisely. Only 12 articles are allowed to be posted and 1 article must be cut from the options.

That’s why here at GoBoiano, we try to make the lives of our Editor in Chief a little less painful by recruiting people to help them maintain order and control over our news department. Associate Editors will work directly with the Editor-in-Chief. We are looking for individuals that are detail oriented with the skills to keep things organized amongst the occasional chaos and patient enough to handle unpredictable causes. As an associate, you will be working with our news department handling articles written by our journalist to ensure they are grammatically correct and content relevant for our readers. It is important that you can juggle various responsibilities with a positive attitude. For those daring enough to accept this task, it shall prove an exciting look into the core of a growing community.

Responsibilities:
- Aid our Editor-in-Cheif lead and manage our team of journalist to deliver high quality news articles

Together with our editorial team, you will be responsible for actively driving the hottest news content to our website, fundamentally creating a primary source of news. Our news department’s core focus is how to deliver high quality information at the quickest time to our fan base. We believe that as a community built by people whom love and cherish anime, we can ultimately develop a cutting-edge team delivering cutting-edge content for our users.

Research is a powerful talent. Given to the appropriate person and it can do much good for the world, however put into the wrong hands and it can bring wrought and destruction upon the people. With that said, GoBoiano searches to find these talented individuals to use their information processing abilities and bestow it amongst our news department bringing them the latest and greatest news in all of Asia. You must be passionate about not only this industry, but the company as well. The information and data you collect and provide for our team will spread across our network to our users enhancing their experience while on GoBoiano. You will also collaborate with Journalist, Editors, and other researchers in order to develop and maintain our news network.

Responsibilities:
- Research, translate, and distribute data and research to our editors and journalist
- Collaborate with journalist, editors, and other researchers during group assessments
- Develop and harness key strategies in order to bring us the latest news in Asia
- Build relations amongst other networks and industry individuals for inside scoops and interviews
- Help journalist and editors deeply understand our users, company and news content
- Develop a research approach, schedule and plan for each project

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean
- Ability to research and coordinate information content for journalist and editors
- Ability to translate information from the native language to English for our news team
- In-depth understanding of our content and readers interest
- Strong visual and intuitive skills for locating valuable information content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
